Hi all, I have a problem in OBIEE 12.2.1.4 with Drill Down. I have 1 dashboard with 3 tabs (2 visible and 1 hidden). By clicking on one value from a report on Tab1 to drill to a detail report in the hidden tab, OBIEE is opening a new dashboard page with the entire tabs (all the 3 tabs). In the previous version of obiee (11g), by drilling to another dashboard page, no tab was visible. Only the content of the page was isible. I already search a solution and i found this one but itis not working. All tab are still visible after drilling. * See the System Administrators Guide for OBIEE:* Chapter 12.1 Using Fusion Middleware Control to Change Presentation Setting Defaults * Set 'Show page tabs' by checking the box. * Save your changes by Click Apply, * then click Activate Changes. * Backup then edit the instanceconfig.xml file at:* ORACLE_INSTANCE\config\OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent\coreapplication_obipsn style="margin-top:auto;margin-bottom:auto;margin-left:36.0pt" Save your changes. * Restart the OBIEE mid tier services as follows to generate new logs:* - cd \ora_home\instances\instance1\bin and run * - opmnctl stopall * - opmnctl startall * - opmnctl status - to verify all processes started successfully. Hi Ben, Just installed the patch on my system and is working as expected. Link from one page to second page doesn't show the hidden tab anymore. Michael

OBIEE 12.2.1.4 - Tabs still visible in a dashboard page after drilling

Hi all,

I have a problem in OBIEE 12.2.1.4 with Drill Down.

I have 1 dashboard with 3 tabs (2 visible and 1 hidden). By clicking on one value from a report on Tab1 to drill to a detail report in the hidden tab, OBIEE is opening a new dashboard page with the entire tabs (all the 3 tabs).

Though I concur, the patch is a better fix if you can get it to work for you.
