i think the solution must be on a higher Level as table Settings. i think it must be on the Level 'Analysis', because the tilte isn't part of the table.

Yes, but if you create a default table and default view, simple as you can, then I am guessing you do not get the page break - yes?

If so, given that the title that you have just added is a default title with no settings changed, then the problem must lie in the combination of table and title and the settings of table could be part of that.

So, if you can get the default table / view together to not create a page break then it becomes a matter of comparing your settings where they vary from the default until you find the one that causes the undesired behavior.

you are right. new Analysis with only one column and title doesn't have page breaks. I also have a lot analysis which don't have these breaks.

    It's located there

you are right. i had in my Analysis TWO tables and when i go in both and remove Page break in the section Settings, i don't have page breaks. Otherwise i Need the breaks between tables and it's not a perfect solution. I have the choice: Page breaks everywhere or no page breaks. In 11.1.7.1.150120 i had no breaks between title and table but breaks between the tables. that was the right Thing. Now i can choose between bad layout and bad layout ;-)

Glad I stuck with you, I needed closure on this, even if you did reject my answer first time round ;-)

And I agree, the all or nothing on page breaks is massively sub-optimal - maybe one to see if you can get Oracle to recognise it as a bug - especially as 11.1.whatever did not behave like this!

One list hint before I go, do change your default name and people are more likely to interact with you, it can be an alias if you don't want your name on a publicly accessible forum, it is just nothing says "time waster" like the default numbers as a name...
