OBIEE product discontinuation

Question

Hi All,

As per Oracle OBIEE will be discontinued and OAC will be available as the going forward BI presentation layer. I am eager to know more on the OBIEE discontinuation and how to migrate to OAC or using Oracle Data Visualization Desktop tool will be a better option.

Please provide information regarding "as per Oracle". Which document? Which support note? Which OpenWorld presenation? Anything?

Otherwise don't scare the forum users with such unfounded randomness please.

@3739384 : ask the person telling you that (I really don’t believe it’s in a document) a written confirmation. Will be useful next time you will need to buy some new license to have a great discount
