OBIEE - graph prompt taking way too long to display list of values

Hi All -

We have OBIEE integrated with WebCenter Portal to display metrics for our end users. When we view these metrics within WebCenter Portal the analysis level filters are not showing us the full complete list, it in fact just halts and shows a running/loading cog wheel.

Example -

When we select the "Search...." function below the analysis filter we just end up with a spinning cog wheel. In OBIEE, the reports work just fine and when we select the "Search..." function it immediately gives us a list. We've tried indexing, restarting OBIEE, refreshing RPD, but no luck. Any ideas?

    First step would be to look at your Java Host , Presentation Services & BI Server log files. Take a look in these and let us know if you identify anything in there that might help to get to the root cause of your issue.

    Thanks Joel - log has been checked. The BI server log doesn't have an error log since the reports work fine however an error log shows in the WebCenter portal logs. Snap attached. Let me know if you have ever run into this yourself.
