OBIEE 11.1.1.6

Hi,
I want to move from obiee 11.1.1.6 server to new created obiee 11.1.1.9.
What have to do to move the dashboards, analyses, reports from the old one to the new one?
Thanks in advance.

I suggest you start by reading the documentation and understanding the process in front of you:
https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/11119/core/FUGBI/upgrade_bi.htm#FUGBI295
It's not a "press this button" thing.

I briefly read the document. It describes upgrade process from 10g to 11g. Is the process same as for upgrade from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.9?

Thanks. I had read the document. I do not want to upgrade OBIEE 11.1.1.6 server.
I have separate machines, one with 11.1.1.6 OBIEE installed and in production environment and the other one with OBIEE 11.1.1.9 server. I want to use in production server with 11.1.1.9 version but I do not have dashboards, reports and etc.

You can't just move things between version as you want and expect that "it will just work" and somehow magically auto-migrate. That's just not how things work.
You can try to export and import your objects via .catalog files but the minimum you must do is run "Scan and Update Catalog Objects That Require Updates" from the OBIEE Admin GUI. that's the bare minimum and no one will guarantee you that everything will work like you expect it to.
