BI Publisher Desktop MS Office 365 - Cannot View BIP Properties Window

I regularly use the BI Publisher Desktop plugin to create RTF report templates in MS Word 365. When I double-click an existing field, BI Publisher Properties will not open. Same scenario when I try to right-click -> BI Publisher -> Properties. I tried uninstalling both MS Word and BI Publisher add-in but was still not successful.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Do you have the "BI Publisher" menu available/visible in Word? If yes, are any of the options working?

    Do you get the below Word dialog after double clicking on the field?

    If nothing is working, try the "Enable or Disable Template Builder" program. It does no harm other than enabling it if disabled.

    hi, I have the same issue. I enabled/disabled Template Builder multiple times but still are not able to see Publishe Add-in in Work or Excel
