Question

Hi Team,

Please advise on the below property in Enterprise Manager.

User Session Expiry

Reducing the user session expiry time will increase performance as resources associated with the session can be released to service new requests. The downside is that users will be required to log in more frequently and can lose transient session state.

Is User Session Expiry an idle timeout or just the length of time a user can stay logged in without having to re-authenticate.

It is the time in which a user session lasts and doesn’t need to re authenticate. Look at these 2 articles for guidance on setting this up.
