We have integrated OBIEE with  EBS R12.

In our DEV instance, unable to OBIEE, the log file is showing below error message

OracleBIData/web/log/sawlog7.log

An error occurred during execution of "connect". Connection refused [Socket:14]

    Hi,

    That isn't enough information to make a determination. You need to check more logs (or, include additional text from that one). Also, which OBIEE version?
