Thank you Sareesh, It has only OBIA details not with OBIEE details , I am looking for the OBIA 7964 ( human resources analytics fusion edition) with OBIEE 12c certification details.

As I said, these are typically indicative prices and you can speak with your Account Manager.
As already said be Joel above, your price will be different of what you see on the list price. In more than 10 years I never meet anyone who paid the list price for OBIEE/OBIA.
And it isn't really a "yearly license" : these products generally come with an initial price to buy the licenses you need, then you pay support on a yearly base.
