Hi Team,
I have encountered an unusual behavior on Oracle Business Intelligence 12.2.1.3.0. On When I try to create a dashboard prompt from an analysis, a blank white page appears. The same thing happens on trying to edit a previously working dashboard prompt. I have gone through the roles and permissions to see if this feature was disallowed and confirmed that this has nothing to do with permissions. I have googled this issue for far too long now and I have not seen any forum where the same has been reported.
Team, please advise me on what could be the issue.
