Unable to Extract OBIEE 12c 12.2.1 - Sample Application version v511

Hi All

I have Downloaded OBIEE 12c 12.2.1 - Sample Application version v511 from OBIEE Samples

then i selected first .zip file and tried to extract the file.

While extracting i am getting errror as UNEXPECTED END OF DATA  and It is failing with error CRC Failed.

i have followed same steps which are mentianed in Description and also in video but no luck,

I thought may be file is corrupted but I am getting same error even after downloading 4 th time entire Sample app.

I changed browsers,Download Managers and i reinstalled 7Zip and Winrar to extract but its not extracting.

Using WinRAR i tried to repair the File and tried to extract but no luck.

Please help me to solve this.
