OTBI demo environment - URL for log-in from template builder add-in

I am using the BI Publisher Template Builder Add-In for MS Office to build templates for BI Publisher reports in OTBI cloud. I can work in offline mode just fine. But I can't find the appropriate URL for connecting online from the add-in.
The current user credentials are: user = sophia.milano, password = jER48558. The URL for analytics is https://adc3-zdfi-fa-ext.oracledemos.com/analytics/ , and for BI Publisher is https://adc3-zdfi-fa-ext.oracledemos.com/xmlpserver/
I think the URL should be: https://adc3-zdfi-fa-ext.oracledemos.com:80/xmlpserver , but I am getting one of these two error messages each time I click Login:
Error while trying to access Report Server Location: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
Error while trying to access Report Server Location: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.
Error while trying to access Report Server Location: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TSL secure channel.
I have also tried: http instead of https, port numbers 7001 and 443, and even no port number. Nothing I enter will allow me to connect.
The odd thing is that I was able to connect a few days ago, but I don't recall what the connect string was. And now, no matter what I try, it just will not connect.
Could someone who has the template builder installed try to connect to the URL above, with the credentials as provided above?

Have you tried this URL? - https://adc3-zdfi-fa-ext.oracledemos.com/xmlpserver/servlet/home

By the way, providing your access credentials on a public forum isn't advisable.

Joel, I completely agree with you about the access credentials. However, this is Oracle's demo environment, and those credentials are available to all.
I tried that URL, and it did not work for me. I got the same error message as initially reported. Does it work for you?

I didn’t look at the URL properly! it works for me.
I’d suggest that you try another browser and try clearing browser cache as well.

Works on mobile Chrome too

@Joel Acha & @Christian Berg : in the browser it works, but what Mark is trying is to connect to this instance from the BI Publisher add-in in Microsoft Word.
@Mark.Thompson : sadly I don't have the add-in available right now to give it a try and confirm I have the same issue ...

Thank you for clarifying, Gianni. I will just avoid it for now and work offline. Funny thing though... it was working the other day.

Hey Mark,
No chance to connect from Word.

Could you try with port 443? (adding it explicitly if you didn't enter it in your previous test)
HTTPS on port 80 would be too weird even for Oracle!

Yeah, I tried port 443 yesterday while running through my list of "usual suspects". No love.
