Dears, I  installed OVD in windows 10 - 64 bit, when I was trying to install DVML and python package getting below error

Error: Unable to access jarfile C:\OVD\Oracle Starting install of DVML, please be patient... '"C:\Users\LTLAP-202\AppData\Local\Temp\BiPython_Framework.exe"' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Could Not Find C:\Users\LTLAP-202\AppData\Local\Temp\BiPython_Framework.exe Error: Unable to access jarfile C:\OVD\Oracle Press any key to continue . . .

Even, I exported the JAVA home path but issue still persists and tried from the command prompt and it is giving the Proxy error
