11g to 12C upgrade

Dear Experts,

OS windowser server 2012 r2

Getting below issue when I start the import process in OBIEE 11g machine.

Output migration bundle file is: D:\Migration\bi-migration-tool.jar

Migration action failed: oracle/bi/migration/bundle/creation/ManifestWriter

Let me know your suggestions

    you'll need to provide further information like the 11g & 12c versions as well as what teps you've followed for your upgrade. Is it an in place upgrade?

    As Joel said you will need to provide much more details. We do not know your system and wen cannot see your screen - so we cannot know the context.

    The more information you provide and the more details, the better and faster the problem resolution.

    Also:

    "when I start the import process in OBIEE 11g machine"

    In am upgrade you export from 11g and import into 12c. You don't import into 11g.

    Importing issue:

    obiee 11.1.1.7.140120 to obiee 12.2.1.4.0

    >migration-tool.cmd in config D:\Migration\11gexport.jar ssi

    As your snippet suggests, have you looked at the log files for further details on what could be causing your issue?

    Please find the below log file details,

    WEBCAT  metadata plugin ERROR messages are:  <oracle.bi.migration.plugin.metadata.TransformBar processPluginMessages>

    SEVERE  An error has occurred while executing command, Please check Catalog Manager log for more details. <oracle.bi.migration.plugin.metadata.TransformBar processPluginMessages>

    SEVERE  An error occurred during import: Plugin metadata -- oracle.bi.migration.plugin.metadata.TransformBarException: Transformation failed. Check logs for failure messages.

    So have you cleaned up your catalog and regenerated your migration bar file?

    This is bit confuse where to clean up catalog, which server we need to clean up it is in OBIEE 11g or 12c server? which location we need to clean up ?

    You need to do this on your 11g catalog. Once it has been cleaned up, you can recreate the migration bar file
