Managed server (bi_server1) is stuck with STARTING state.No update in log file also

I am not able to start Managed server(bi_server1). It got stuck with STARTING state. No valid information available in logfile. Please help me to proceed further.

Wwhat version of OBIEE? What OS? Which log files have you looked at? What exact errors do you see in these log files?

My OBIEE version is OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0

Platform is windows.

Not much useful information in log file.

Server Status Changed to STARTING. after that no info in Bi_server1 log.

I have checked Managed server log,Admin server Log and Node Manager Log

Server Status Changed to STARTING. after that no info in Bi_server1 log.

Platform is windows server 2012,64 bit Operating system ,X-64 Processor

Database is oracle 11g
