Hi,
I have a analysis which is tabular view, I have selected some criteria. When there are no results for selected criteria, can we display empty tabular view with just column names?
Please help.

You can achieve this with a Pivot Table view but not in a Table view. You'll need to check the fields highlighted in the properties window in image below:
