In the below Pivot table view we could see that grand total of all sub regions.
We are trying to hide the Grand Total like below can some suggest on this.

Firstly, are you just trying to hide the grand total text? Secondly, your grand total sums up to 70. Shouldn't it sum up to 60?
If you're just trying to hide the Grand Total text, then in the Pivot Table properties, for the measure, edit the measure labels as below and in the caption, just add a space.
