Job Manager Window is not opening

Question

Hi,

I have installed OBIEE  (with jdk 7) and Oracle Database 10g over Windows Server 2003 64bit.

All runs fine but when I try to open Job Manger, nothing happens.

I have tried the following:

1-run Job Manager form OBIEE Menu as Administrator

2-run Job Manager from Administration tool

I found the following in the END OF log file in <InstallationDrive>:\OracleBIData\jobmanager

!MESSAGE Bundle update@plugins/org.eclipse.swt.win32.win32.x86_3.1.2.jar [15] was not resolved

Please help.

Where did you find that?

You don't answer me. Which OBIEE and OS version are u using?

I'm thinking you're using a non-certified environment. This can your root issue.

Thanks for reply.

I found that Windows 7 OS is required to run the Job Manager.

I will have to find the other way to configure "Scheduler".

Hi,

Which OBIEE version did you install?

You have to verify certification matrix of product to garatee that your environment is certified

For exemple OBIEE 11.1.1.7 clients

Note: OS, JRE version...
