OBIEE 11C Forecast R_EXECUTABLE_PATH

Question

I have recently upgraded to test 11c from 10g.  There are two areas of functions in 11c that I'm interested in test:  (1) Timer Series Calculations and (2) Analytics.  In readying the setup it appears that I need to setup R to used the advanced Analytics functionality.  I interpretted this as the functions within the Analytics functionality but excluding those within the Time Series Calculations.  However, when I run the Forecast function I get the following error:  "The value of R_EXECUTABLE_PATH is set to /usr/bin/R which is invalid." which leads me to believe that I need to setup R in order to run the Forecast.  Can someone please confirm and if not provide information on how I can work around this error message?

I apologize but you are correct we are moving form 11g to 12c.

You say 11c and 10g -- do you mean 12c and 11g respectively?

Assuming that you are talking about 12c then this should help: OBIEE in IL: Enabling R and the relevant Analytics functions on OBIEE 12c
