Full Ram is consumed by OBIEE services, Not released even when no user or no usage.

Hi Team,
We have OBIEE 12.1.1.4 installed in Linux machine, We have around 30 GB of RAM in the server. But if we see that free available ram in the server, it is totally occupied by OBIEE services.
It is not getting released unless we restart the obiee services. when the services are up and running and no user is logged in or not reports are running, the server caches all the available memory.
Is there a way how that cached memory is released with out restarting the services.
Any comments on this.
Regards

Best to start with what the root cause of this is.
- What is running when this CPU surge occurs?
- Do log files provide any clues?
- Has anything recently changed?
