OBIEE Scheduled Reports not displaying addressees in the Email

OBIEE - When I schedule a report to email recipients, the outgoing email does not populate the addresses in the TO box. I am manually entering addresses within the scheduling function. Below is a screen shot of what one of the emails look like. You can see that the "To" is blank. Any ideas on how the get the emails to display the addressees? I've researched quite a bit, but have not found an answer. Your help is much appreciated.

Hello,
In enterprise manager you will find option to change it to display in to option. Go to the bidomain and find where you configured your SMTP details .check the addressing method
