OBI on prem vs OAC

Has anyone done a fit-gap analysis of moving their OBI (on prem) reporting environment to OAC? I am searching for any information that might help identify any functionality loss in moving from OBI to OAC for reporting (Answers, Publisher, Dashboard, Security, etc.).

You're aware that Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) is out and that it's the new on-premises version?

Not directly OBI vs OAC, but this document decribes some notable differences between Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and OAC and OAS and OBI 12.2.1.4, so, it may help you.
In general, OAC will usually contain more features due to the faster development cycle.
The relevant features will move to on-premise on a slower cycle.I hope that helps, other comments welcomed.
BTW, it is always nice if you have an up-to-date DisplayName with your real name, so you don't have to be addressed as a number in the community :-)

Same document as SteveF-Oracle linked to above but a different section which shows OBIEE 12.2.1.4 features that are being deprecated, desupported as well as those being disabled by default in OAS
