Hi everyone,
Hope everyone is safe and well! I was trying to delete a disabled agent and it doesn't seem to allow me to. I always get this error message. Anyone else experiencing this issue? What should I do?
Appreciate the insight. Thanks!
Morning Christian,
thank you for the info and for the help! Will work with our admin to get the correct version number.
Hi @April Fuentes, it is best to post your Eloqua related reporting questions to . We are aware of this issue and if you open an SR with My Oracle Support, you can be kept updated when we apply the patch. For now the workaround is to use another browser.
Hi Alexa,
Will do.. Thanks for the info.
@Alexa Kalapaca-Oracle A clear OBIEE 11.1.1.9 question about Agents and a confirmed, documented bug is related to Eloqua?
Hi, so Eloqua is the admin of OBIEE for customers. So using the Eloqua bug allows customers to track the availability of the fix.

Eloqua is the admin of OBIEE for customer? Not sure what that is supposed to mean. April is running OBIEE 11.1.1.1.9.something. The bug is 29899754. There are patches for N different OBIEE versions. Not sure how Eloqua factors into an issue of the OBI platform product.
If Eloqua handles OBIEE admin for customers then nobody has told this to the community or the customers or Product Management or the ACE Directors.
Feel free to reach out Christian, but Oracle Eloqua uses a multi-tenant install to provide OBIEE as its in product reporting solution. https://www.oracle.com/marketingcloud/products/marketing-automation/
Ok that's something completely different. Eloqua uses OBIEE inside itself.
