OBIEE- Scheduled analysis return cached data

Hi,
I have an agent scheduled to send email everyday. The data we get by email are not up to date.
When I run the same analysis manually (not scheduled) I get the up to date data.
As a work around, I added a prefix to the analysis
SET VARIABLE DISABLE_CACHE_HIT=1;
The scheduled data are now up-to-date.
I don't understand what changed, and I am looking for an alternative to fix this on a global scale rather than modify every single analysis.
Any idea why this is happening?
I am using OBIEE 11.1.1.7.150120 (Build 150113.1200 64 bit) installed on Linux server.
Thanks
Youssef

If you're confused by cache - why use it in the first place? You can't just turn on cache and it automagically does "things"
Do you have an actual caching strattegy? Why are which objects set to caching enabled in your RPD?

Hi Christian,
That's a good question. It was setup like that, probably whoever set the cashing on the RPD was to enhance the performance.
I will try that and update the thread here.
Thank you

That's about as correct as making a car go faster by taking a picture of the landscape and pulling it past the window really, really fast.

I am not 100% sure how the setup was made or why it was made in certain way.
I will try to disable the cash on the rpd if that is the root cause.
Please note, I am fairly new to OBIEE.
