Scheduled Agents not running but same agents work fine when run manually

Question

Hi Team

I am facing this strange issue for OBIEE agents.

I have scheduled a agent whose delivery content is a dynamic dashboard . The dashboard contains data which is dynamic as is thus sent by agent

While I run the agent manually I am able to send the emails.

But the scheduled mails from schedulers are not coming at all

Please can someone help me urgently .  Much appreciated

Which log?

And there were more than 30 "12c" versions. Which one? Exactly? This is IT - the more precise the better. Compare it with "I have a problem with my car" - "Which car?" - "A Volkswagen". That doesn't tell your mechanic the same as "12c2 tells us: almost nothing.

Have you looked at any log files for any clues of the error? Which version of OBIEE?
