How to change the timezone in obiee

Question

Time zone is set as UTC for all the users, so when we try to get the data of date time or time stamp fields data is showing in UTC. I want to change it to IST In report not getting option to select in date formatting. Is there any way we can do it in data model or report.

So you're using BI Publisher? And which exact version? Note: "12c" isn't an exact version. "12.2.1.4" isn't an exact version.
