OBIEE 12.2.1.3 installation hangs on 49% on Generating Libraries

Dear Members,

I amd Installing OBIEE 12.2.1.3 on Windows Server 2016.  Fusion Middleware installed just fine, and the Node Manager and WebLogic are both running fine.

The installation of OBIEE makes it onto the Installation Process screen, and gets past the first two steps, (Prepare, Copy) successfully.  It stops making any apparent progress when it reaches "Generating Libraries" with the progress meter at 49%.  I've waited for a couple of hours now.

Please help me find out the solution of the problem.

Which installation guide did you follow?

Which exact files did you download from where?

How did you install which files? Which order?

Please provide precise information.

It is not the Fresh Installation.  Already Installed weblogic 12.2.1.3 with Forms and Reports managed servers.  Now we want to install BI in it.

Hi M_Dawood,

Is this a fresh installation?
If there is a previous installation,  please delete the previous installation completely, and perform a new installation in a different directory
