OBIEE 11g : Scheduling Reports based on filter

I need my OBIEE Analysis report to be sent to multiple people( all are from different departments) through Actionable Intelligence Agent . I need to send the filtered data by department. I was unable to put the condition in Agent. is there any way to put condition in agent?

The people in question need to be identified in the data itself. That way, the "Deliver Relevant Rows" option can be selected.
