Conditional formatting
Hi Guys,
On the below report, I wonder if there is a way to create a condition that will allow to mark in a certain color all the rows for which the same room number as status=arriving and departing associated to it. like for example room 120611 or 120707 etc. Could i do this with a CASE function?
Alternativelly it would be sufficient if i could remove all the rows for which only arriving or departing is associated with the room, like 120501,120601.
Thanks a lot! Any suggestion is appreciated.
I am a user and I do not have access to the data model.

Conditional formatting is a row-level thing.
Your logic is across multiple rows.
You are back to the previous thread trying to "align" different rows.

Hi Gianni,
Not really, because i am happy to have the results into two rows as shown in the screen shot above. What am I asking is if there is a way to highlight these rows or to remove the ones I do not need.
A simple NO would be sufficient.
