can we able to connect and access MS Access database from Oracle BI publisher 12c? and accessing ms access tables in to the datamodel? any steps?

yes but need to know the steps for accessing MS access database from BI publisher.

As long as the data source supports JDBC or Web Services etc etc, BIP can access anything
