Hi Experts,
I am looking into an old OBIEE10G(10.1.3.3.2) installation implemented on IIS 7 on a Win Server 2008 SP2. The problem is OBIEE portal is not coming up when we type - http://localhost/analytics or start > All Programs > Oracle Business Intelligence > Presentation Services.
I checked the following and found ok.
a) IIS service is up and running.
b) OC4J is up and running
c) Oracle BI Server is up and running
d) Oracle BI Presentation Server is up and running
e) Oracle BI Java Host is up and running
Under IIS - DAL-IS-CCSAPD1\Sites\analytics - Managed Web Site is running.
But OBIEE portal is not coming up when we type - http://localhost/analytics or start > All Programs > Oracle Business Intelligence > Presentation Services.
Can you please help where to look for the error? Which logs I have to investigate?
