I already own a BIEE instance 12c running two months.
Now I would like to deploy the samples sales (catalog, rpd and all the bar file).
Where could download the sample files to the sales dowload?

Do you mean from SampleApp?
You'd need to download SampleApp, export to bar, and then import to yours. And some of it won't work then, because SampleApp is a heavily configured OBIEE deployment compared to out of the box vanilla.
If you mean SampleAppLite, then the bar file for that's already there in 12c by default, you can just run importServiceInstance to restore it.
What is the process to perform service instance import the Sample App lite at 12c?

Did you try to search for that file on your install? If the install can deploy it when installing it also maybe store it somewhere.
As far as I know it's not possible to download it directly.

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
