First of all: This is a public forum where participants help out others for free and on their own time. If you have an urgent problem, then either contact support or hire a consultant.
Second: If you are not willing to spend more than 10 seconds copying and pasting a message from the GUI into the forum, then why should anyone spend more time looking at the issue and solving it for you?
Write a proper question with proper explanation, context, correct and complete version number, etc.
