OBIEE is not supporting Timezone format

Question

Hi Team,

Even if Date/Timestamp columns with Timezone format is created in Database, OBIEE is not supporting it. We have created a table with timestamp with Timezone and tried querying using direct database request, even then OBIEE was throwing error "Oracle db error - unsupported data type."

One quick note: we are using  OBIEE 12.2.1 version.
