OBIEE 12c - Activate Repository - Not retaining System Logging Level

Can someone check me on this in OBIEE 12c?

1. Open repository in online mode

2. Change system logging level to 2 (Tools > Options > General > System Logging Level)

3. File > Copy As

4. Save RPD under a new name.

5. Open that new RPD in offline mode.

6. Check the system logging level - should still be 2.  Mine is. So far so good.

7. Activate that RPD using the data-model-cmd.cmd uploadrpd command

8. Open repository in online mode

9. Check the system logging level - mine is going back to 0.

    I found out yesterday that this behavior also existed in 11g, so I am going to assume that it is working as designed (or that it is a bug that will never be fixed) and I'm withdrawing the question.
