Hi, 

Could you please confirm if it is possible to call Fusion REST APIs from FAW or not?

Use case: User analyzed the data and want to perform specific action from FAW itself without logging into respective Fusion screen and carry out the action. We have Fusion REST APIs with POST action, by clicking on a button, is it possible to call RESt APIs ?

    Hi Sulochana ,

     

    We do not have support for a feature with which you can call Fusion REST APIs from FAW.

    Can you give us some use cases where you want to update/correct data in Fusion using REST API calls from FAW ?

    Thanks Nupur for your reply.

    Use case:  User sees hold on the order/ payment or shipment past due.

    We do get to see the data/analytics from different systems in FAW and there is a need to take a action as well.

    User has to login/ go to different screens to complete this action. That's where the idea is to bring the action oriented automation and efficiency.

    It is highly desirable to allow to call REST APIs to perform such actions in respective systems.
