Measurement target value
Summary:
How to set a measurement target value in a workbook visualisation?
Content (required):
Hi, I was wondering if it is possible in a workbook visualisation to display target values.
Fictive example: female gender ratio, actual is 35%, target is 45%
Fictive example: actual distribution of four age bands is 15%, 35%, 40%, 10%, target is 25%, 30%, 30%, 15%
Version (include the version you are using, if applicable):
22.R4

That's right; and happy to talk about this further. Already in shipping product (23.R2) you can see the path for the migration of KPIs to Key Metrics. While targets are not included in factory KPIs or Key Metrics; with Key Metrics they can be added as a "Related column" which can then be used in Conditional Formatting to show a status.

Hi,
Perhaps someone from Oracle can shed some light? I understood that in a future release the KPIs and Decks will move to Projects architecture. Would the KPI target setting functionality then be made possible in a workbook?
Kind regards

Hi Dave,
Thanks for your response. I have now applied 23R2 in our DEV environment. After reading your comment, I took the opportunity to read the updated 'Get Started with Key Metrics, KPIs, Cards, and Decks' in the documentation. It looks great. I'm going to try it out.
Kind regards
