Allow Email deliveries in OAC using OCI SMTP server
Description
Currently we are experiencing issues in sending emails for Analysis reports using the OAC delivery agent. We have OCI SMTP server configured in OAC Mail server settings and we are unable to send the emails.For our SMTP e-mail capabilities across our various Oracle PaaS Cloud products (including OAC), our architecture design has always been to use the E-mail Delivery SMTP service that comes as part of OCI. The OCI setup works perfectly well with OAC BI Publisher report e-mails but not with the OAC delivery agents.
Use Case and Business Need
We have several user requests asking for automated/scheduled emailing of Analysis reports and we are unable to do so with email delivery not working. Requesting for this enhancement to support the OCI SMTP server configuration when delivering emails using OAC agents.

We are facing a problem for our customer migration from OAC-C to OAC-OM.
Initally, a SMTP server in a private subnet was used, and it's not possible anymore...OCI SMTP Service is also not possible...
so we are blocked...

This should be a very simple fix for Oracle. This OCI e-mail delivery SMTP connection is already working from the BI Publisher side of OAC. It just doesn't work for the e-mails that go through the Analysis report connection. I actually view it as a BUG, rather than an enhancement.
