OBIEE - Oracle BI Presentation Service not alive

Hello all,

I'm very new with OBIEE and I have installed the VM SampleApp version 305. I have been trying to load my repository in OBIEE Home and when I restart all the services, the only one with errors is the Presentation Service.

Also, I have tried through the the command console but it says: DOWN.

Why am I facing this? How can I solve it?

    In your screen shot (on the left of EM), click the Diagnostics tab and have a look at the log files and messages ... your answer is there.

    Try expanding the 'Error Details' and check for the error message

                 Try to create new rpd in offline  and after upload the rpd through em.............

                       I think  that time u r problem will slove ................
