report on iBot logging

in OAC (Classic) provide reporting for Admins on iBots: last 30 days (preferably more), per iBot, per instance, per user/recipient, status and any error messages

We use iBots a lot (thousands are sent each day), and then it's important to keep track of it, to detect and fix errors.

Now in our on premise Dashboards/Classics environment, we have extensive custom reporting on the ibot-log tables:

Once we move to the Cloud (planned Aug '21), we do no longer have access to these tables. We want to be able to at least report on 30 days of data. Preferably some nice reports showing performance, errors, and number of sent mails - per iBot, per day, per user, etc.

Hello,
You may have noticed this already. Agents in OAC send e-mails as "bcc". There is no way to flag recipients as "To:" or as "cc". They are all "bcc".
In our case, we would appreciate the ability to show *who else* is receiving the e-mail.
