Description (Required):

As the Analytics service admin I should be able to have full access to all objects regardless of owner. All objects upon creation should have the initial level of access of "Full Control" for both object owner and BI Service Administrator role.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

The Analytics service administrator needs full access to be able to properly manage the instance and troubleshoot.

Just got the update that this is planned. Looking forward to seeing this feature. It will help not only with troubleshooting but also compliance enforcement. This way we can see if people are sharing data with people they shouldn't be.
