webservices needed to create datasets in OAC from OIC

Description (Required):
I am looking to find information related to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) if any webservices are available to create datasets from external clients like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
We would like to get a data file from third party using OIC SOAPUI/RESTAPI end points to push the data to OAC from OIC to create data sets automatically. Please let me know if there is any features available to connect to OAC from OIC.
