OAC on PaaS -- Ability to view server and diagnostic logs for a week in the front end

Description
We need a feature to show server and diagnostic logs for a week (if not for 2-3 days). This feature will avoid opening SRs for minor issues.
Here are few examples #1) We had issue with logging into BI Admin Tool to cloud. We opened SR with oracle and oracle came back stating the user had permission issues and we confirmed that user had right permission issue showing the user can login to URL successfully. After few tries back and forth support asked us to try using login BI Tool exactly the same way as we do in URL (online) username. Looks like login is case sensitive and this issue resolved. If we have access to the logs somewhere in the front end we could have researched and fixed the issue ourselves instead of SR (back and forth). #2) Another example is that we noticed usage tracking details are not getting updated and we opened another SR for that and oracle support looked at the logs and stated that they are seeing missing table information and that information helped us to resolve the issue.
I understand for PaaS service we don't get access to the backend server however we need a way to look at server and diagnostic logs in the front end for us to triage/troubleshoot the issue ourself. Obviously if we are unable the last/final resort is to open SR but having logs will reduce too many SRs opening for every little thing since we don't have logs and don't know where the issue lies.
Use Case and Business Need
Speed resolution if we have access to the server and diagnostic logs. If we can't get this feature using front end (online) then at least some kind of REST API to get latest few lines of a log will be helpful.
More details
OAC doesn't show server and diagnostic logs currently. For administrators they need this feature to make sure all administration tasks are completing normal and if issue occurs these server/diagnostic logs will point us for a right fix.

Generally there is planned integration with OCI Logging to provide customers access to useful logs for troubleshooting.

Subject to change, we are targeting to have integration with OCI Logging available for preview by end of calendar year.
