Add option to 'Display As: Variation Percentage' to the 'Waterfall' visualization type

Description (Required):
Currently we can only Display a Waterfall visualization as 'Actual Value' or 'Variation Value'. Adding an option show percentages (i.e. 'Variation Percentage') would solve this issue and we can alter between showing percentages or values based on specific needs.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
While we can create something similar using AGO function, this does not always work due limited cases we need to use it in (i.e. when using anything that's not in the Repository)

+ 1 vote. The ability to display values as percentage or variation percentage has been requested by our users as well. I think this function is a 'must have' when presenting drops and gains through a waterfall viz.
