Description (Required): Hi Team,

We have a requirement for the below columns in HCM Workforce core subject area,

1. Promotions into Talent flow dimension columns

2. Demotions into Talent flow dimension columns

3. Transfers into Talent flow dimension columns

4. Promotions out of Talent flow dimension columns

5. Demotions out of Talent flow dimension columns

6. Transfers out of Talent flow dimension columns

Adding more perspective on the above requirement,

Taking demotion out as an example.

Talent Flow Dimension is the parameter that is being filtered on the report. This could be the Department/Reporting Unit, Job Code and/or Job Family/Job Function for example. If they Selected Job Function Administrative Services as a filter/parameter, we would only want to see employees that were in Job Function Administrative Services and were demoted and went into another Job Function other than Administrative Services.

However, we couldn't locate the columns which would address this logic.
