Hello,

We are getting User unable to login error quite often. Checked the Presentation server log -

User has access rights and can login, sometimes they get this error and cannot login for couple of hours. They can login again after couple of hours. At this time other users can login. Cannot find where the problem is.  We are running this on Windows 2012 R2. Clearing browser cache, restarting system, doesn't help. Anybody has any suggestion. Thanks a lot in advance.

Regards

Sud

Have you applied the patch for the bug fix when using external AD?

[When using Microsoft Active Directory or other third-party LDAP as the Identity Store and also using the virtualize=true option, you will be unable to log in to OBIEE. You should download and apply Patch 21895214  to the oracle_common home]

Does the weblogic user also gets this error?

I have applied the latest patch bundle 22393988 for 11g9. We don't use LDAP through Weblogic, We use our own authentication routine.  WebLogic user doesn't have problem. And most of the users doesn't have problem. This is baffling. Randomly some user gets this issue. After few hours can login back. Are there any hung user session kind of thing?
