I'm attempting to connect to an Essbase data source in DV for a Fusion Cloud instance and was wondering what the default port and URL look like.

I watched the following video and attempted with my own hostname but I'm still getting "Failed to save connection".

I would check to make sure that the following ports are open for Essbase:

1423 (necessary to create the connection)

32768-33768 (necessary to pull back outline members and data in DV)

Also, your connection string should be server:1423

Yes looks like you're using the wrong port

I'll look into that, I'm not 100% sure to be honest. I'm guessing it would be the default for the ERP Cloud.
