Superscript in RTF template not exporting to excel.

I have a superscript text in RTF template and if the output is previewed in excel it does not show as a superscript and correct format.

In RTF Template:

IFL Term1

In Excel output:

IFL Term1

Can anyone suggest how I get this done.

Do you try it for Excel output? If it works, could you please share your version?
