RTF Template 0.00% number format issue!

Hello,

I have a number format as 0.00% in RTF template but the output to excel is that the number is multiplied by 100 automatically.

Example: 0.75 is the actual number in xml but when exported to Excel the number is getting displayed as 75.00%.

Output expected is : 0.75%

Can anyone please help me in getting this resolved.
