Image resize in Excel output - RTF template

Hi All,

I am using RTF template to produce report in Excel and PDF.

I have a requirement to embed image in the excel sheet.

Using following URL for the image and it works fine in both PDF output and excel output

url:{concat('${OA_MEDIA}','/',LOGO_FILE)}

But unlike PDF output where the image is resized to dummy image size,  excel output has the image in the original size overlapping with data columns etc.

Is there a way to resize the image for Excel output?

I'm using Oracle apps R12 - BI publisher.
